Year 1992, Nuboon Company Limited was established in 1992 from the demand to produce juices that are fresh and flavorful, close to nature. You can also collect benefits and value of the juice with the juice Smile (brand logo), which is formed using a pasteurization process.  The pasteurized process is cooled quickly, so that the flavor and nutritional value of the juice remains.

Year 1993, the company began manufacturing and distributing 100% bottled tangerine juice, under the brand name of "Smile" by using modern technology and equipment used in the procedure of pasteurizing juice. We also mass-produce canned coffee and tea drinks products, under the brand name of "FREEZE" for distribution both domestically and abroad.

Year 1996 has added and expanded production capacity, in order to meet increasing customer demands, and expand distribution channels to shopping malls, hotels and restaurants.

Year 1997 the company gained experience in the production of beverages, the use of modern technology, the ability to produce diverse flavors. The company began operation in manufacturing (Original Equipment Manufacturer: OEM) to accommodate the needs of customers  both in domestic and abroad.

Year 2000 has been certified by ISO9001, Quality Management System by Management System Certification Institute (Thailand) or MASCI.

Year 2002 has made food safety requirements, by implementing the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) in food production system and certified HACCP system by the Department of Agricultural.
